We comply with the World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) guidelines which recommend a minimum number of vaccines used with minimum frequency. Cats are vaccinated according to risk. Those attending boarding facilities or spending time outdoors should be vaccinated annually. Adult indoor cats may be vaccinated with less frequency.
- Feline Enteritis
- Cat Flu
Additionally, cats spending time outside may require vaccination against Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). This can be discussed at the time of the consultation.
There are three kitten vaccinations administered approximately 3-4 weeks apart. These should ideally commence at 6-8 weeks of age.
Book on-line or call us today to discuss a suitable vaccination regime for your kitten or cat.
We conveniently use SMS, email and/or letters to send you reminders when boosters are due so you don’t have to worry about remembering.
